Titus Runs From The Facts
Today, Dina Titus once again proved how out of touch she is with hard working Nevada families, by continuing to tout a failed stimulus bill that left more Nevada families asking "where are the jobs?" rather than actually getting back to work.
Dina Titus took an opportunity this afternoon to remind Nevada families that the values of Nancy Pelosi and her liberal friends are what she really represents, not the interests of Nevadans. Titus' record of voting over 97% of the time with Nancy Pelosi demonstrates where her real priorities lie. Since the passage of the failed stimulus bill, Dina Titus has voted in favor of the Death-Tax, Cap and Trade, increased regulation on small business and has increased taxes by voting for the government takeover of healthcare.
"Our county needs a new direction, one that calls for fiscal restraint and accountability," said Dr. Joe Heck, Candidate for Congress. "Dina Titus tried like many other of her liberal friends to take credit for the reduction in tax levels instead of being honest with Nevadans about her tax-and-spend ways. Nevada families deserve better. They need a Representative who will be an independent voice in Congress, not someone who tries to sell the failed policies of her leadership," concluded Heck.
