Congressman Heller Endorses Dr. Joe Heck’s Campaign for Congress
Henderson – The Heck for Congress campaign continues to earn the respect of both national and Nevada dignitaries. Today, Congressman Dean Heller (R-NV) joined a growing list of supporters to stand with Dr. Joe Heck in his campaign for Congress.
“This Congress has opened the flood gates of massive federal spending, never ending debt, and sky rocketing unemployment. Our nation clearly needs a new direction. Dr. Heck has served Nevada as a physician, Army Reservist, community volunteer, and as a state senator. If Republicans are going to bring common sense and balance to Congress; we need to elect people like Joe Heck to Congress,” said Congressman Heller.
Wednesday, on the Heidi Harris show on KDWN in Las Vegas, Heller said, “we have to win that race,” when asked about the race in Congressional District 3.
Dr. Heck issued the following statement upon learning of the endorsement by Congressman Heller:
“Congressman Heller has been a true leader for conservatives here in Nevada, I am humbled to have earned his support and look forward to campaigning with him in the future,” said Heck. “The Congressman understands the importance of winning in Congressional District 3, not only for hard working Nevada families, but for America as a whole. With his support and the support of other conservative leaders across Nevada, we will bring commonsense conservative solutions to Nevada’s and our Nation’s problems,” Heck continued. “I want to thank Congressman Heller for his support and look forward to joining him in Washington soon,” Heck concluded.
