What Has Been Going On With Team Heck?
Although I was furthering my military education on joint strategy at the Joint Forces Staff College in Virginia for three weeks, the campaign continued to roll on and build momentum!
To date the campaign team, joined by dozens of volunteers, completed six neighborhood walks: meeting constituents and hearing about the issues important to them. We spent a day in Laughlin where I spoke with the Laughlin Economic Leadership Corporation, met with community leaders, and toured this jewel of southern Nevada. Upon our return to Las Vegas that evening, I spoke about the great progress of our campaign with the Active Republican Women's Club during their candidate's night.
I spent the last few days in Washington, D.C. talking with Congressional leadership about the issues we are facing in Nevada and my candidacy. I was honored to have our campaign recognized by the National Republican Congressional Committee and getting placed "On the Radar" in their Young Guns program and to receive the endorsement of Congressman Dean Heller!
We have come far in a short time, surpassing everyone's expectations, but we have much work to do and I need your help.
